Elegant 1 Bed Montrose - Venice @ Italian Plaza

Overall just needs some attention to detail on bed, bedding, towels, AC and pest control. Place was clean and location w Positive: Property was in a great location! Negative: Apologies for the long details but I hope you take heed. Instructions are a tad difficult at first, it was not made clear to pull all the way up the drive way and look for the second gate. Secondly, the AC unit got very muggy at some point in my weekend even when set on cool. There was a small number of either flies or gnats in the bedroom which was quite unsettling. The bedroom set up was quite nice but after a night or two you stay to realize it’s not quite the best. The bed could be bigger, there’s room for it. There is what I think is a plastic mattress cover and it is so uncomfortable and just the sound alone made me want to tear my teeth out. It is just a very cheap way to go about things and it starts to feel uncomfortable during your nightly rest. The place started to smell a bit after the first day, I think it was likely the AC just not filtering correctly. Lastly, and this is just me putting this here incase the owner actually listens, the decor can be upgraded just a tad. A simple trip to TJ Maxx or homegoods and upscaling the towels, sheets, paintings, will go a long way!!

It was clean and comfortable with a well-appointed kitchen Negative: Communication with the owner was a little slow. We had a query about being able to leave bags for a few hours after the checkout time, which was never answered

Great option in Montrose Positive: A gran location and comfort Negative: At night the AC is pretty loud but everything else was above my expectations

Positive: Un apartment super bien situé, près de tout, avec tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin lors d'un séjour prolongé.

Affordable, easy, and great location Positive: We really appreciated the location, because it’s close to the hospital district and the museums. Negative: It’s a bit dark in the driveway.
