Elegant 1 Bed Montrose - Rome @The Italian Plaza

Positive: It was nice, clean and comfortable inside. Negative: It was extremely noisy, as the windows let all the outside noise through — the air‑conditioning units, cars, and even the neighbours. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a good night’s sleep. There was also no parking available unless you arrived before the other guests, which was one of the main reasons we chose this property.

Good for solo/couple with the simplicities of life Positive: Good proximity to the city center without having to pay the price of being in the city center. A 10 minute walk to the light rail station and then a 10 minute ride got us there or else a $10 on Uber would get us comfortably there. The construction felt very new and modern in an up and coming neighborhood - but they're still waiting on the "coming" part. It's a nice, cozy spot worth the price when compared accommodations in the city center. Negative: The power outlets were not at all sufficient for fast-charging USB-C plugs. Had to settle for slow-charging powerbanks over night. Additionally, the "second" bed, the sofabed in the living room, was very uncomfortable. We had to find creative ways to soften the cushion, particularly of the middle bar.

Positive: Place was clean and set up nice. It was like a little home away from home. Negative: Parking was tight and limited. Hard to get in and out with a full-sized truck.

Positive: Plenty of space to rest and relax Negative: No kettle toaster only coffee pods which didn't fit machine no tv in bedroom wrong code for unit given so doused stress getting in as it was raining .tried dropping of luggage as arranged cleaner hadn't been told to time to organise.
